We are pleased to present the Fifth Edition of our Global Crisis Management Handbook. We see organisations continue to contend with an ever-complex global landscape including uncertain macro-economic environment, natural disasters, wars, climate crisis, increasing focus on and regulation of “ESG”, not to mention the current and inevitable future impact of AI and Generative AI.

The importance of effective crisis management remains paramount and we are pleased to share the Handbook, which is designed as a desk reference to help in preparing for a crisis, spotting issues, and avoiding common mistakes at the outset of a crisis. It covers topics including information gathering, building the right team, managing public perception, and addressing enquiries from government and other authorities. The Handbook includes general guidance applicable across the globe and particularly designed with cross-border considerations in mind, as well as covering issues specific to the Brazil, France, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, the UK and the US, among other jurisdictions.
